We want you to love your order. If you're not completely happy, we're glad to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at info@benonijewelry.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a return or an exchange. We'll reply with next steps and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, cards, boxes, and pouches included.
- Please package your return carefully. We can't accept items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
- Sale, custom, and special order items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased from one of our stockists must be returned to that stockist.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that show damage or flaws when we receive them.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original form of payment, and you'll get a confirmation email. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Orders paid with store credit will be refunded as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International orders
International returns are welcome within the same 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense, and we're not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees on the original or return shipment. Please email us for the return address and send the tracking number with your order number.
