If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order or have had a change of heart, we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility & Conditions
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and unused, with all tags, cards, boxes, and pouches included. Note: Please pack your returns carefully to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot accept damaged items due to improper packaging.
  • We maintain the right to refuse returns if we determine that the item(s) are ineligible for return due to damages or flaws identified upon receipt of the returned item(s).
  • Sale, Custom, and Special Orders are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, except for orders placed with store credit, which can only be refunded in store credit.
  • We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. For assistance with returning such items, please get in touch with the respective stockists directly to process your return.
  • Any returns that are not authorized, including those without return information, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked more than thirty (30) days after being received by the customer, will be declined, and we will send back the item(s) to the sender.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, kindly visit our Returns Center and order number and zip code associated with your purchase. Follow the steps outlined to start the return process. For exchanges, please follow the same procedure and select the desired replacement item(s). Once we receive your package, we will begin processing the refund. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.

International Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. However, please be aware that our current return system does not provide return labels for international orders. You are welcome to return the package at your own expense using your preferred shipping label to the following address:

 To ensure a safe arrival of your return, please email the tracking number to info@benonijewelry.com. Kindly include the words "INTERNATIONAL RETURN" in the subject line and your full name and order number. This will allow us to track the package and ensure its successful delivery to us.

We recommend saving the tracking number provided to monitor its progress during transit.

Upon receipt of your package, we will initiate the refund process once all item(s) have passed inspection.

We will send a confirmation email to you once the return has been processed. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account, as processing times can differ based on your bank. Please be aware that we are unable to refund the original shipping fees.

Any returns that are not authorized, including those without return information, undelivered packages, or returns that are postmarked more than thirty (30) days after being received by the customer, will be declined, and the item(s) will be sent back to the sender.

BEN ONI isn't accountable for any extra taxes and duties. Regrettably, we can't predict customs fees. Choose to reject any shipments from BEN ONI. You'll be responsible for the initial shipping costs and any duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred on the original and return shipments. When making returns, please use the services of the United States Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
