Every order is prepared with care and ships within 1-3 business days. In a hurry? Email us at info@benonijewelry.com, and we'll do our best to speed things up. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day, and holidays may add a slight delay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
U.S. shipping
Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. We offer:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Please note that UPS can't deliver to PO boxes, so we can only ship to street addresses. Please enter a physical delivery address at checkout.
Processing time is separate from transit time, so your delivery date is your processing time plus the shipping method you choose.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees. These aren't collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
One order, one address
Each order ships to one address. If you're gifting to more than one person, please place a separate order for each.
Changes to your order
Need to update an address or change something? Email us as soon as possible at info@benonijewelry.com. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the delivery address.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived when expected or arrives damaged, email us at info@benonijewelry.com with your order number, and we'll help you sort it out. We'll work with the carrier to track down or resolve any issue.
